The Challenge

A content creation strategy was developed targeting Gale’s key personas, conducting a competitive analysis of top-performing content from local competitors, and crafting content ideas aligned with the phased restaurant openings.
The Director of Marketing was looking for a content creator to generate user-driven content that would effectively showcase the hotel’s amenities and guest experiences. The property had four restaurants and a full bar and kitchen at the pool, which needed to be highlighted as key features.
There were challenges to overcome, including the strong winds at the rooftop pool and the staggered opening dates of the restaurants, which could complicate the consistent portrayal of the hotel’s offerings.

An additional budget for a targeted display campaign was suggested and allocated to drive traffic to a booking URL, tracking visibility metrics and CTRs. Mid-campaign and wrap-up reports were provided to showcase performance and optimize future-phased content.
Hospitality on Display produced over 160 edited lifestyle photos, 70 raw short clips, 10 drone shots, and 4 edited reels for the hotel’s social media and marketing collateral. A select number of edited reels were reshared on HOD’s social media accounts for higher visibility and engagement.
